the hotel offers heated and tidy rooms with a bigger shower, i am very pleased about that. i loved efficient and excellent personnel that ensures guests have a very nice stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Les Gets. the location was perfect - just a stone's throw away from the main chairlift, making it super convenient for skiing. Secondly, the staff were friendly and efficient, always willing to help with any queries or requests. Lastly, the breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from, ensuring a great start to the day.
The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was a slight lack of storage space in the room. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was superb. The location was excellent with ski in and ski out access. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The lounge area with the open fire was comfortable and welcoming. The chef's exceptional food was varied and beautifully presented. The staff, especially Katie, were outstanding and multilingual.
Nothing that I didn't like.
